Boyertown Community Ambulance Service Subscription Program
Most people do not realize that, even though they carry health insurance, their insurance does not normally cover an entire ambulance bill. In an already stressful situation, the last thing anyone wants to think about is paying hundreds of dollars for their ambulance bill. Fortunately, we at the Boyertown Lions Community Ambulance Service can help!
Boyertown Ambulance offers an annual Subscription Program, which can help you tremendously when it comes to paying for your ambulance bill. With a Subscription to the Ambulance Service, whatever your insurance company pays, whether it be five dollars or five hundred dollars, we consider payment in full!
$90 per Individual
Individuals - The person whose name is listed on the subscription, and only that person.
Elderly Persons Living With Their Children - Each elderly person is only covered by an Individual Subscription. If their children hold a Family Subscription, the elderly persons are not covered. They must have their own Individual Subscription.
$110 per Family
Families - Married couple and any children age 18 and under. Children over 18 years old that are under their parents' insurance and living at home are also covered. Any children born during the covered year will automatically be covered.
Couples Living Together - Couples living in the same household are covered. Any children 18 years old or under who live in the household are also covered.
Patient assessments without transportation are limited up to three (3) during the coverage period.
The Boyertown Lions Community Ambulance Service, Inc. will accept subscriptions from the coverage area regardless of the subscriber’s sex, race, age, religion or nationality.
Please remember: if you receive payment from your insurance company, it is YOUR responsibilty to forward that payment to the Boyertown Lions Community Ambulance Service, Inc.

Cancelling / Voiding or Refunds of Payment Card Transactions
All payments submitted through this website may be processed at 1:00 AM. Any request to cancel/void a payment
Any request to Cancel/Void a payment received by 5:00 PM the date the payment was made may be processed that same date.
When requesting a cancellation/void of your card payment, please have the following information available to make the process as easy as possible:
The Date and Time the payment was made through this website
Your Payment Authorization Code provided at the end of a successful payment
The last four (4) digits of the card used to make the payment
The Statement ID for which the payment was made
Failure to provide this information could slow the cancellation/void process.
